100% Centesimino Ravenna red PGI (ancient native vine from Romagna, grown exclusively in the Faenza area)
It remains on the marc for at least 15 days with frequent pumping over and the aging takes place in stainless steel
Characteristics
Red in color with shades tending to purplish, the aromas are floral reminiscent of red roses and violets. On the palate it is dry, persistent and intense, with good tannins and hints of ripe red fruit and woods.
Pairings
A full-bodied wine for important dishes, such as aged cured meats, strong cheeses, tasty traditional first courses, roasts and grilled meats.
