How to place an order

The procedure for purchasing a product on our online site is very simple, and does not differ from how to place an order from the major marketplaces.

The shopping experience can last even a few seconds, while the shipments vary from 24 to 120 hours, except for problems related to the couriers who make the shipments.

• Search and choose the products of your interest in our online store;

• choose your products and add them to the cart, go directly to the cart to start the order;

• based on the delivery address (Italy or abroad) and on the weight of the products ordered, the shipping cost will vary;

• make the electronic payment through all our available, including bank transfer, cash payments are not allowed;

Shipment

Our shipments take place in a safe and tracked way, using only the best Italian and foreign couriers;

the cost of shipping will vary according to the weight of the products you purchase and the state in which the shipment will be delivered;

you can customize your shipment, based on the various parameters made available: the choice must be made on the cart page during checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Online sales are equivalent to mail order sales.
The right of withdrawal allows the customer to return the ordered product in case he changes his mind about his purchase.
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 15 January 1992 n. 50 and Legislative Decree 185 of 22 May 1999, as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.

If you buy with a VAT number you will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform Emilia DOP of your decision by registered letter with return receipt or certified e-mail to the addresses listed below, within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the Products (the postmark is valid). The communication can be anticipated by e-mail within the same term, provided that it is confirmed by A / R or PEC within the following 48 hours.

The notice of withdrawal must contain:

​

• the indication of the articles with respect to which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised;

• the Order Number with the confirmation of the purchase;

• identification data (name, surname / company name, address, telephone, e-mail);

• the payment method used for the purchase. The refund will in fact be credited back to the account or card used.

How soon is it possible to exercise the "Right of withdrawal".

You can return your order in whole or in part no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods (the postmark is valid).

How to ship the returned purchase?

The shipment must be made through a carrier of your choice and at your expense.
The Products must be shipped properly packaged and in their original packaging within 14 working days from the date on which you communicated the decision to withdraw.

We remind you that the right of withdrawal is excluded in relation to the Products:
• Which are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly
• Sealed, which do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery

We will reimburse the payments you have made within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which Emilia DOP became aware of your exercise of the right of withdrawal.
The refund will be made through the same payment method used in the order. The reimbursement may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
