Wine obtained by using a system of loading from the top of the grapes crushed and destemmed by means of cup ribbons that respect the integrity of the fruit and allow the sending of the grapes to the vinification vessels without the use of pumps. Fermentation at controlled temperature. The wine ages in small oak barrels for at least 20 months.

Characteristics

Intense ruby red color with garnet edges. The scent is lively, complex and of great elegance. It is reminiscent of the hints of wilted violet and marasca cherry under spirits, while the finish is dense with notes of coffee. The taste shows character: a very pleasant initial attack and a tickling acidic spine that prelude to a finish of long persistence and complexity.
