Vicomarino in the province of Piacenza, in the first hills.

 60% Barbera e 40% Bonarda

Crushing and maceration take place with submerged cap skins. Fermentation at controlled temperature with selected yeasts. Aging in stainless steel barrels for 3-4 months.

Characteristics

Intense and brilliant ruby red color, with garnet reflections, the intense, fine, fresh and fruity aroma, with a clear hint of berries and cherry; while the taste is of fresh and balanced tannins, dry, persistent and rich.

Pairings

Suitable for the great dishes of the Emilian tradition both first and second. Also excellent with red meat, game, meats, semi-aged and aged cheeses.
