The grapes come from the best rows of a vineyard of over 20 years that has been brought naturally, without forcing or agronomic exasperation, to an ideal balance vegetative-productive to maintain freshness and original aromas of the variety. Characteristics

The color is straw yellow with greenish reflections; the scent recalls the white flowers with fruity hints of pineapple, green apple and pear. The taste at the beginning is enveloping and fresh, keeping mineral, crunchy and with a delicate but persistent aroma.

Pairings

Ideal with appetizers, fish and grilled fish and white meat. Excellent with pumpkin recipes, vegetarian dishes and fresh cheeses. Taste it with pizza.
