The grapes come from the best rows of a vineyard of over 20 years that has been brought naturally, without forcing or agronomic exasperation, to an ideal balance vegetative-productive to maintain freshness and original aromas of the variety. It is a espalier vineyard, bred in guyot, with the traditional but still current double upside down system. Harvest before September, manual, in box with selection of grapes.

Characteristics

The color is straw yellow with greenish reflections; the scent recalls the white flowers with fruity hints of pineapple, green apple and pear. The taste at the beginning is enveloping and fresh, keeping mineral, crunchy and with a delicate but persistent aroma.

Pairings

Ideal with appetizers, fish and grilled fish and white meat. Excellent with pumpkin recipes, vegetarian dishes and fresh cheeses. Taste it with pizza.
