The Barbera of Podere Riosto is a native wine of the Bolognese DOCG hills. It is characterized by its structure and its harmonious taste and which involves the whole palate. It is much more than the classic Barbera thanks to its softness and complexity; excellent to combine in fact with seconds important.

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with delastage, while the refinement after a period in steel rests 18 months in wooden barrels.

Characteristics
The color is intense ruby red with purple hues, while the scent is naturally vinous, complex and slightly spicy. The flavor is full-bodied, but remains soft on the palate, cleaning the mouth between bites.
Pairings
It goes perfectly with traditional Romagna main courses, stewed and roasted meats, boiled and grilled red meat. Also try it with seasoned and tasty cured meats such as Parma coppa.
