Malvasia Ferma "Golden Grape"
Malvasia Ferma DOC Acino d'Oro di Ferraia is an elegant wine, produced with 100% Malvasia di Candia Aromatica. After a cryomaceration on the skins to enhance the aromatic characteristics, it ferments on selected yeasts and ages in steel and in the bottle for 12 months, achieving structure and complexity.
Intense yellow in color with golden reflections, it releases a fresh and rich aroma on the nose, with notes of yellow and tropical fruit and vegetal nuances. On the palate it is dry, soft and warm, with a mineral and slightly savoury finish that gives freshness.
With an alcohol content of 13% vol. and served at 6-8°C, it pairs perfectly with fish-based first courses, appetizers and as an aperitif, ideal for light and delicate dishes thanks to its versatility and freshness.
