Albana of Romagna "Codronchio"
Romagna Albana Secco Codronchio di Monticino Rosso is an elegant and complex wine, produced with 100% Albana grapes on the hills of Montecatone. After fermentation in steel, it ages for 8 months on fine lees in steel and French barriques, which give it refinement.
Pure gold in color with greenish reflections, it presents mineral notes, floral aromas, and yellow fruit, with herbaceous and iodine accents. On the palate, it is juicy and dry, with a citrus freshness and a rounded finish that leaves an aftertaste of fruit and minerals.
With 14% vol. and served at 10-12°C, it pairs perfectly with fish, seafood, Asian cuisine, white meats and as an aperitif, demonstrating great versatility.
