The Francesco Bellei company boasts a great sparkling wine tradition, as it was one of the first producers of the Italian classic method. The company philosophy has always been linked to the Classic Method and the practice of winemaking with the "Traditional Method" of natural fermentation in the bottle. This Cuvèe Brut Classic Method is the flagship of the cellar, much appreciated even by the most refined palates, it marries perfectly with the flavors of the land from which it comes. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 6-8° in a flute.
Characteristics

On the nose it develops an intensity of toasted hints and a bouquet of white flowers. The foam is quite creamy with very fine perlage. Powerful, but with great finesse, it has savory, fruity notes, with a very fresh and clean finish. It has a golden yellow color with greenish reflections.

Pairings

Ideal as an aperitif, it also goes perfectly with fish, shellfish and crudité preparations. It also goes very well with cured meats from the Emilian area.
