Sparkling Brut Spergola DOP
The Spumante Brut di Spergola "Brina d'Estate" by Aljano, produced in Jano di Scandiano, in the province of Reggio Emilia, is made with 100% Spergola grapes, a native vine that expresses freshness and character. The vinification involves soft pressing and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature, followed by sparkling wine production with the Charmat Method and aging on the lees for 3 months to enrich the structure and aromas.
Straw yellow in color with light green reflections and a fine and elegant perlage, it offers a lively and intense bouquet to the nose, with notes of crunchy apple, juicy peach and a fresh citrus component. On the palate, it is characterized by a lively freshness, a balanced flavor and a final softness that make it harmonious and pleasant.
Served at a temperature of 6-8°C and with an alcohol content of 12% vol., it is ideal as an aperitif and pairs perfectly with appetizers, fish dishes and white meats. It pairs particularly well with Emilian specialties such as Parmigiano Reggiano, pumpkin tortelli and cured meats, making it a versatile wine and perfect for convivial moments.
