The Cuvée Brut Rosso di Bellei, produced in Bomporto (MO) with Lambrusco di Sorbara, is a wine that shines for its freshness and complexity. Vinified in stainless steel and with secondary fermentation in the bottle, it is characterized by a fine perlage and a compact foam. The clear ruby red color anticipates aromas of strawberry, wild blackberry and subtle floral notes of violet.
On the palate, it offers a fresh and enveloping profile, with a light tannicity and a balanced structure, which harmonizes with a delicate softness. With an alcohol content of 12% vol., it is recommended to serve it at 6-8°C to fully enhance its characteristics.
Its versatility makes it perfect to accompany the entire meal: it pairs excellently with tortellini, Emilian first courses, cured meats, zampone, cotechino, cheeses and even dry pastries. An ideal wine to enrich convivial moments, combining freshness and structure.
