Malvasia Frizzante di Ferraia, from Val Tidone, is a fresh and aromatic wine, obtained from 100% Malvasia di Candia Aromatica. Fermented and aged in steel at a controlled temperature, it has a bright straw yellow with golden reflections that highlight its vivacity.
On the nose, it offers a fruity and floral scent with an intense aroma typical of the grape variety, while on the palate it stands out for its softness and freshness, with a slightly dry and well-balanced flavour.
With an alcohol content of 11.5% vol. and served at 8°C, it is perfect to accompany light first courses, appetizers and aperitifs, offering versatility and pleasure on various convivial occasions.
