Albana Secco Montaia, from the hills of Cesena, is a fine wine made entirely with Albana grapes. Fermentation with selected yeasts preserves its authenticity, enhancing the typical characteristics of the vine. The golden yellow color anticipates a fresh and fruity bouquet, with notes of apricots and pineapple that enrich its aromatic complexity.
In the mouth, the wine is balanced and fresh, with a softness that makes it extremely pleasant. With an alcohol content of 13.5% vol., it is recommended to serve it at 10-12°C to best appreciate its qualities.
