Rubicone Bianco PGI - "Campo di Mezzanotte"

This white manages to express the characteristics of the territory of Coriano, in Rimini, where the countryside meets the air of the Adriatic. A young wine that in the freshness of the fruit has its strength and pleasantness. Biancame and Trebbiano, typical grapes that in our opinion can be combined with fish dishes. Vigna di Mezzanotte takes its name from the ancient cart road, which divided the hill Passano da Monte Tauro.

Trebbiano 50%, Biancame 50%

Vinification with soft pressing in an inert environment and slow cold fermentation at 14 °C in hyper-reduction. Maturation on the lees for 2 months.

Characteristics

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The finish is fine and delicate with notes of hawthorn, a slight herbaceous vein and a finish enriched with eucalyptus and mint. At the beginning it recalls notes of apple and banana. On the palate it is good to drink, balanced, with a pleasantly dry finish.

Pairings

Perfect wine with the first of the tradition and dry pasta. Excellent with fish, both white and shellfish and shellfish. It also goes very well with semi-mature cheeses.
