A sweet wine for the end of a meal, characterised by a perfectly balanced residual sugar: Spumante 'Rubigalia Gold' is produced from 100% aromatic Malvasia.
It is a delicately perfumed sparkling wine with floral and fruity scents. It is pleasant on the palate, characterised by a flavour that is both sweet and sour at the same time.
Characteristics
Straw yellow in colour with golden reflections. On the nose it is delicate and soft, with fruity and white flower nuances, while on the palate it is sparkling, pleasantly sweet and fruity, with low alcohol content but good structure.

Pairings
A perfect end-of-meal wine, it goes well with shortbread biscuits and desserts made with dried fruit or almonds. Also excellent with tarts and Cantucci.
Serve at 6 - 8 °C
