White Passito Wine "Montaia"
Vino Passito di Montaia, produced on the Cesena Hills, is a refined example of elegance and complexity. Made with white grapes left to dry for two months, it acquires aromatic intensity and concentrated flavors. After fermentation at a controlled temperature, the wine ages in French barriques for 24-36 months, developing a rich and profound character.
Bright golden yellow in color, it stands out for its intense aroma with notes of flowers, ripe fruit, honey and a touch of smoke, which amplify its refinement. On the palate, it is intense and vinous, sweet but balanced, with a structure that combines freshness and richness, offering a harmonious taste experience.
Served at 14°C and with an alcohol content of 12% vol., it is perfect with dry pastries, small pastries, biscuits and fruit tarts, making it ideal to accompany moments of sweetness and conviviality.
