Notturno” is the classic Sangiovese of the Tenuta, proud ambassador of the Predappio DOC sub-area. It comes from the selection of the best grapes from all the vineyards of the cellar, harvested, vinified and refined separately and then assembled together to compose a wine that fully expresses the soul of our terroir. It is a very pleasant wine with a balanced complexity. Notturno was also the first horse born on the estate, just as the wine of the same name was the first wine born in Palazza in the new course wanted by Claudio Drei Donà.
Characteristics

It has a beautiful ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose it presents itself as a complex and structured wine, with typical hints of red fruits, spices and a finish with a light minty nuance. On the palate it is certainly a very balanced wine, fresh and with a present but never overwhelming tannin.

Pairings

At the table it is good to accompany it with first and second courses from the Emilia-Romagna tradition, it enhances the red horns, roasts and seasoned cured meats.
