Sangiovese Superiore 'Borgo Alto' is a full-bodied, elegant wine that is suitable for many courses, thanks to its versatile and rich taste. For all those who love natural and pure Sangiovese.
Characteristics
The colour is ruby red with violet hues. The bouquet is intense, fragrant and vinous, with aromatic notes of violets, violets and undergrowth. The flavour, thanks to the ageing of a few months in the bottle, is pleasantly harmonious, slightly tannic, warm and fruity.

Pairings
Perfect with cold cuts and semi-mature and mature cheeses. Also excellent with traditional first courses, grilled meat and roast poultry and pork.
