On the nose, it offers a fresh and delicate bouquet with floral, herbaceous and fruity hints. On the palate, it is soft, elegant and well-balanced, with a fine and harmonious structure.
With an alcohol content of 13% vol., it should be served at 6-8°C to best appreciate its qualities. Perfect with vegetables, vegetarian dishes, white meat, fish-based first and second courses, and short-aged cheeses, it is a versatile and refined choice to accompany fresh and light dishes.
