Albana Sweet Sparkling DOC "Talandina"
The Bianco Ravenna Terra dei Gessi by Tozzi, coming from Casola Valsenio in the Vena del Gesso Romagnola Park, is a refined wine obtained from Manzoni Bianco, Chardonnay and Albana, in variable proportions according to the vintage, to enhance the territory.
Fermented in steel at a controlled temperature and aged for 6 months on the fine lees and 2 months in the bottle, it stands out for its pale, bright and luminous straw yellow color. On the nose, it offers a fresh and delicate bouquet with floral, herbaceous and fruity hints. On the palate, it is soft, elegant and well-balanced, with a fine and harmonious structure.
With an alcohol content of 13% vol., it should be served at 6-8°C to best appreciate its qualities. Perfect with vegetables, vegetarian dishes, white meat, fish-based first and second courses, and short-aged cheeses, it is a versatile and refined choice to accompany fresh and light dishes.
