Soft, fresh, with fruity and floral notes. Produced according to the Martinotti method sparkling wine-making techniques. A rich, flavoursome and lively sparkling wine that goes well with many dishes. A natural product, prepared according to the ancient rules of sparkling wine-making, with a blend of grapes that enhance each other to obtain a unique and inimitable sparkling wine.
Characteristics
Pale pink colour, brilliant, fine and persistent perlage. Fresh, fragrant entry, with predominantly fruity notes (Fuji apple, banana, cherry) and floral notes (rose petals) supported by light nuances of vanilla. The palate reflects the olfactory picture, it is soft, supported by a pleasant acidic thrust integrated in a completely harmonious context; the finish is fine and persistent and overall easy-drinking.

Pairings
A sparkling wine suitable for before and after lunch. Excellent as an aperitif, or paired with light hors d'oeuvres, it does not disdain closing with parfaits or ice-cream desserts.
