  • Wine made from Longanesi grapes, an ancient native vine of the Ravenna (Bagnacavallo) plain, rescued and reproduced in the 1950s by the Longanesi family and promoted by the "Il Bagnacavallo" Consortium. Characterised by the drying of the grapes in drying lofts and subsequent ageing of the wine in French oak tonneaux. A celebrated and award-winning wine, characterised by softness and complexity. Emotional, enveloping and with a strong character, ideal paired with main courses of red meat and game.
