In addition to the White Truffle (the most famous and renowned) you can also find the Summer Black, the Black hooked and the Bianchetto. Only after the Second World War began to enhance these treasures from the subsoil, forming a chain of collection and processing increasingly present. Over the decades, this truffle acquired more and more fame and, for this reason, the festival was organized to meet experts, curious and restaurateurs. Over the years it has become a great national fair of the White Truffle and Sant'Agata Feltria boasts the brand "City of truffles".

Perfect to be grated or cut into flakes and lamellae. Great for enriching, traditional pasta, pasta, red meat, beef fillets and carpaccio. You can’t miss it on eggshells, risottos and polenta.
