The cream is prepared by hand only with porcini mushrooms of the Boletus Edulis family, harvested from late May to late June and from late August for the duration of autumn. Recognizable by their round and fleshy hat and a variable color from white to brown brown, through the hazelnut. At the base of this gourmet cream there is a good sauté, to which only porcini mushrooms are added, and parsley, once cooked are chopped. The cream obtained is put in the pots, pasteurized and ready to be enjoyed.
