Truffle Sauce

Acqualagna is a small town of 4,000 souls between the hills of Pesaro and Urbino in the Marche, a real capital when it comes to black and white truffles. Acqualagna is famous throughout the world for its underground treasures, thanks also to the special fair dedicated to truffles held every year in autumn, which attracts people from all over the world. We wanted to include this idyllic place for truffle growth because it is a territory that differs little from those of Emilia-Romagna and Sant'Agata Feltria, to thus offer you the best possible variety of truffles from our region and neighboring places.

A very versatile spreadable sauce in the kitchen, to combine with your favorite dishes. Excellent with croutons, hot bread and bruschetta, perhaps in the company of local cold cuts and cheeses. Also perfect for dressing homemade pasta, such as pappardelle, lasagna or tortellini, but also in simple dry pasta. Try it in the company of fried eggs, omelettes or with cheese fondues. It also goes perfectly with second courses of white meat, boiled meats, scallops or roast beef.

Champignon mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus), extra virgin olive oil, summer truffle 2% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), black olives, salt, flavouring, traces of shallots, leek and garlic.

4 years from the date of production at room temperature; once opened, store in the fridge covered with extra virgin olive oil and consume in a short time.
