"Albimonte" Artisan Gin

A very refined distilled Dry artisan Gin, which is obtained through the distillation of fine premium quality Juniper berries, embellished with a combination of spices and aromatic herbs, the result of a long search for olfactory and taste sensations. It draws its origin from very ancient recipes over time, in fact, its recipe derives from the treatises of the ancient Italian liqueur of the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries, which in turn originates from the prestigious Salernitana Medical School. A unique product, repeated with modern tools and with the techniques of the past. It comes in a transparent and limpid color, with an intense, aromatic and floral aroma, with a strong, dry and very elegant taste.

Liquorista Albimonte is a small artisan production reality, based in the beautiful medieval village of Saludecio in the province of Rimini, born from an overwhelming idea and from the great passion for historical reconstruction, the recovery of ancient traditions and the search for aromas, perfumes and flavors of an almost lost world that cannot be forgotten. Historical research and scientific knowledge acquired over years of study are therefore the foundations on which the activity of this small liqueur factory inspired by the model of the ancient apothecary laboratories is based, however paying the utmost attention to the current standards of quality, hygiene and safety food, but placing its foundations on ancient recipe books.
