Artisanal bitter liqueur "Clandestine"

Bitter Clandestino is the herbal bitter as you have never tasted it before. It is handcrafted in small batches, through the natural maceration of over 25 botanicals in soft grain alcohol and spring water. A bitter designed not only as an end to a meal, but can also be used mixed with other liqueurs and spirits as a substitute for Vermouth, to create a wonderful Negroni or Americano cocktail. A very fragrant, very balanced bitter, with a predominantly herbaceous aroma, with different nuances ranging from balsamic to citrus and with a spicy finish. The bitter notes are given by Absinthe, Rhubarb, Juniper, Angelica, Helichrysum and they marry perfectly with the more herbaceous aroma of Sage, Lemon balm, Cedrina, Hyssop and Mint to then leave room for citrus aromas of Bergamot, Lemon, Orange and Mandarin, accompanied by balsamic hints of exotic spices such as Cardamom, Cinnamon, Coffee and Nutmeg. Most of the botanicals are grown directly in the land adjacent to the factory, in the first hills of Reggio-Emilia in a completely natural way. The Liqueur is never filtered to give a more intense and persistent aroma on the palate.

An excellent bitter to enjoy at the end of a meal, either cold or at room temperature, great for the great aid it gives to digestion. Clandestino bitter, however, is also great for mixing with Gin and Bitter to create Negroni or Americano cocktails.
