Raspberry Liqueur

A raspberry liqueur with an intense ruby red color, fragrant and pleasantly sweet, inspired by the tradition of the Emilian Apennines.

The result is an elegant and authentic liqueur, with a smooth and fruity taste, in which the natural flavor of the raspberry remains the protagonist.

For products based on wild blueberries, typical of the Modena Apennines, and other berries such as raspberries, we have selected a company that is a symbol of our region: Azienda Agricola i Rodi. This family-run business is located in Fanano sull'Apennine, in the province of Modena. Here, amidst green meadows and chestnut groves, the fruit is grown, harvested, and processed. All fruit cultivation is organic. Blueberries are wild, so they are picked only in the woods. Blackberries, redcurrants, blackcurrants, strawberries, and raspberries are both harvested and cultivated. Everything is processed in a small artisan workshop on site, producing a small production of the highest quality. Azienda Agricola i Rodi is one of the very few outstanding companies to boast the Modena Chamber of Commerce seal for its wild blueberry products from the Modena Apennines. This guarantees its provenance, characteristics, and unparalleled uniqueness.

Delicious after a meal as a digestif, we recommend serving it chilled. It's also excellent as a sweet addition to ice cream, cakes, and ricotta. It's the perfect gift.
