Artisan Orange Rosolio
Rosolio is a characteristic liqueur of Emilia-Romagna, with a very ancient history behind it. It has a distinct sweetness and extraordinary smoothness, while the aroma is intense, fruity and very inviting. Its name derives from the fact that this drink has a density and viscosity similar to oil, with a low alcohol content and a high sugar content. This is precisely why it was a popular drink with everyone, being the parlor liqueur par excellence, of which the ladies were crazy about.
The Orange Rosolio we offer you is produced according to a centuries-old recipe, made from the peel of Italian oranges (untreated, of course) and selected spices, which are skilfully blended to create characteristic orange blossom aromas.
This rosolio is clear and light yellow in colour with white highlights, the aroma is citrusy, characteristic and aromatic, while the taste is soft, sweet and enveloping.
