This delicious raspberry liqueur, also known as Lamponcino, has a long history and mountain tradition behind it. Always enjoyed in the Emilian Apennines as a digestive at the end of a meal, it is made using infused raspberries (produced by the Azienda Agricola I Rodi farm located in the Modenese Apennines, through organic cultivation), alcohol and glucose, with no preservatives or colouring agents. Inside are the whole fruits, which are delicious to eat while sipping the liqueur. The colour is ruby red, while the flavour is sweet, inviting and typical of raspberries.
For Wild Blueberry products typical of the Modena Apennines and other wild berries such as raspberries, we have selected a landmark of our territory, the Azienda Agricola i Rodi. A family-run business located in Fanano in the Apennines, in the province of Modena. Here, amidst green meadows and chestnut woods, the cultivation, harvesting and processing of the fruit takes place. All fruit cultivation is organic. The Bilberry is wild, so it is only picked in the woods. Blackberries, redcurrants, blackcurrants, strawberries and raspberries are both picked and cultivated. Everything is processed in a small on-site workshop, small production but of the highest excellence. The Azienda Agricola i Rodi is one of the very few excellences that boasts the Modena Chamber of Commerce mark for Wild Black Bilberry products from the Modena Apennines. This ensures its unparalleled provenance, characteristics and peculiarities.
