Juniper, green anise, sage, mint, absinthe, helichrysum and lavender are just some of the Mediterranean herbs that make up this exclusive recipe. The bitter and herbaceous notes blend together with the sweeter and fresher fragrances of citrus fruits, to create a true liquid poetry of balsamic notes, enhanced by the saline hints of Marentia sea water from Sardinia, a prized product widely used for many recipes in the kitchen by the most famous chefs.
