The 'Cuore di Ginepro' liqueur we offer you is a gem in its own right. It originates from recipes that are very old in time; in fact, it derives from the treaties of ancient Italian liquor-making of the 15th and 16th centuries, which in turn originated from the prestigious Salernitana Medical School. A unique product, repeated with modern tools and techniques from the past. Obtained from the careful and skilful distillation of precious juniper berries left to macerate in water and alcohol overnight. It is clear and transparent with an intense, floral and aromatic aroma, while the taste is an explosion of flavours, decisive and with character.
