"Only One" Strawberry Compote

The 'Only One' line of compotes is a truly innovative line of compotes for two reasons; the total absence of sugar and the presence (as the name indicates) of only one ingredient: fresh fruit. A compote really only made of peaches. No apples (as in traditional compotes) and especially no sugar (as in Luvirie sugar-free compotes).
The flavour is the real peach: stronger and less delicate than in sweet compotes (where the softness is given by the presence of apples or sugar). Much appreciated by those who prefer healthy and natural flavours.
The Luvirie compotes are produced using an innovative method: the fruit is steamed, an artisanal method that leaves the natural flavour and colour unaltered. The only ingredient used is pure fruit, because the compotes are absolutely free of added sugar. There are therefore no acids, pectins, jellies, colourings or preservatives that 'swell' or 'stretch' the final product.
Each compote is therefore a natural substance of the fruit and its price corresponds to the real value of the raw materials used: 160 g of real fruit are used to produce 100 g of finished product. A healthy and natural alternative to jam and marmalade, because it is sugar-free, through artisanal production in which innovative steaming preserves the flavour and colour of the fruit used. Characteristics
The Strawberry Compote has a beautiful bright red colour tending towards burgundy, with good density. The aroma is lively, fruity, and very aromatic. The flavour, on the other hand, is inviting, rich, sweet but not too sweet, with notes of ripe fruit. If you try it, because of its goodness and naturalness you will never buy any other fruit compote again.

Pairings
Excellent with mature, very tasty and savoury cheeses such as: gorgonzola, blue cheeses, spicy cheeses, pecorino, etc. Perfect for filling cakes and tarts, sweet fried biscuits, IGP Romagna piadine and tigelle. Ideal for rich and healthy breakfasts. You can very well replace this compote with real fruit, as it is absolutely free of added sugar, with only real fresh fruit.
