The Luna Lab pasta factory was born from the experience of a family of Emilian restaurateurs since 1972. The first restaurant quickly became famous for its authentic cuisine, fresh pasta, and family atmosphere.

Luna Lab's products use only genuine local ingredients, such as free-range eggs, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, and fresh ricotta from the dairy, all without preservatives or flavor enhancers. The recipes are traditional, handed down from generation to generation and carefully crafted by the expert hands of the rezdore (the cooks who guard the fresh pasta).

Characteristics

Potato and Speck Tortelli have a regular shape and a thin, golden dough, enclosing a creamy, light-colored filling. The texture is soft and velvety thanks to the potatoes, enhanced by the savory and aromatic nuances of the speck. The overall flavor is harmonious and balanced: the sweet and delicate flavor of the potatoes, the savory flavor of the Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, and the smoky character of the speck blend together in a unique blend.

Pairings

These tortelli are delicious served with melted butter and sage or with a simple cream cheese sauce, which enhances their creaminess. For a more intense flavor, they can be paired with a white ragù or a porcini mushroom sauce.
When pairing wines, a structured and aromatic white like Sauvignon Blanc or a young and fruity red like Pinot Noir are ideal, as they pair perfectly with the smoky notes of speck.

Fresh egg pasta with filling. Ingredients: soft WHEAT flour, EGGS, potatoes 60%, 24-month Parmigiano Reggiano DOP (MILK, salt, rennet), speck 5% (pork leg, salt, spices, natural flavors), leek, sunflower oil, nutmeg. May contain traces of SOY, MUSTARD.
No additives or preservatives

Refrigerate the tortelli immediately upon receipt and consume them by the indicated date. Each product will last at least 20 days from receipt if stored in the refrigerator.
You can freeze them before the expiration date and keep them in the freezer for up to 3 months.
