Luna Lab's products use only genuine local ingredients, such as free-range eggs, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, and fresh ricotta from the dairy, all without preservatives or flavor enhancers. The recipes are traditional, handed down from generation to generation and carefully crafted by the expert hands of the rezdore (the cooks who guard the fresh pasta).

Characteristics

Lasagna alla Bolognese features regular layers of fresh egg pasta alternating with ragù, béchamel, and cheese, resulting in a golden, gratinated appearance after cooking. The texture is soft and enveloping, with a perfect balance between the delicate pasta dough, the creamy béchamel, and the intense flavor of the ragù. The overall flavor is harmonious: the savory notes of the meat and Parmigiano Reggiano DOP blend with the sweetness of the vegetables and tomato puree, creating a rich and satisfying dish.

Pairings

Lasagna alla Bolognese is ideal as a main course for special occasions, paired with a full-bodied, structured red wine like Sangiovese or Barbera, which balances the richness of the ragù. It's also excellent with a dry Lambrusco, whose freshness enhances the creaminess and makes the dish even more balanced.

Fresh stuffed egg pasta. Ingredients: WHEAT flour, EGGS, spinach, béchamel sauce (MILK, WHEAT FLOUR, butter (MILK), salt), ground beef, ground pork, carrots, CELERY, onion, tomato puree, 24-month Parmigiano Reggiano DOP (MILK, salt, rennet). May contain traces of SOY, MUSTARD.

Refrigerate the lasagna immediately upon receipt and consume it by the indicated date. Each product will last at least 20 days from arrival if stored in the refrigerator.
You can freeze them before the expiration date and keep them in the freezer for up to 3 months.
