The Luna Lab pasta factory was born from the experience of a family of Emilian restaurateurs since 1972. The first restaurant quickly became famous for its authentic cuisine, fresh pasta, and family atmosphere.

Luna Lab's products use only genuine local ingredients, such as free-range eggs, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, and fresh ricotta from the dairy, all without preservatives or flavor enhancers. The recipes are traditional, handed down from generation to generation and carefully crafted by the expert hands of the rezdore (the cooks who guard the fresh pasta).

Characteristics

Pumpkin Tortelli are presented in their typical shape, a thin, golden pastry enclosing a deep orange filling. The texture of the pastry is elastic and enveloping, while the inside is soft and creamy. The overall flavor is harmonious and original: the sweetness of the pumpkin combines with the savory flavor of the Parmigiano Reggiano DOP and the spicy notes of the amaretti biscuits, creating an unmistakable flavor contrast.

Pairings

Pumpkin Tortelli are at their best when seasoned with melted butter and sage and a sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano DOP. For those who prefer a more intense flavor, they also pair well with a light sausage ragù or cream cheese.
As for wines, they pair well with a ripe, aromatic white like a Chardonnay or Malvasia, or with a soft, fruity red like Lambrusco, which perfectly balances their sweetness.

Ingredients: soft WHEAT flour, EGGS, pumpkin pulp 70%, 24-month Parmigiano Reggiano DOP (MILK, salt, rennet), amaretti biscuits (sugar, apricot kernels 19%, potato starch 19%, EGG white, ALMONDS 0.2%, raising agents: ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, flavorings), fresh pumpkin cream (pumpkin 84%, butter (MILK), vegetable fiber, sugar, salt, pepper), breadcrumbs, salt. May contain traces of SOY, MUSTARD, CELERY, NUTS, WHEAT, SULPHITES.
No additives or preservatives

Refrigerate the tortelli immediately upon receipt and consume them by the indicated date. Each product will last at least 20 days from receipt if stored in the refrigerator.
You can freeze them before the expiration date and keep them in the freezer for up to 3 months.
