The Luna Lab pasta factory was born from the experience of a family of Emilian restaurateurs since 1972. The first restaurant quickly became famous for its authentic cuisine, fresh pasta, and family atmosphere.

Luna Lab's products use only genuine local ingredients, such as free-range eggs, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, and fresh ricotta from the dairy, all without preservatives or flavor enhancers. The recipes are traditional, handed down from generation to generation and carefully crafted by the expert hands of the rezdore (the cooks who guard the fresh pasta).

Characteristics

Egg Tagliatelle come in long, even strips, with the intense yellow color typical of fresh pasta. Their texture is firm and elastic, holding its shape well after cooking without losing its texture. The overall flavor is delicate yet distinctive, ideal for accompanying and enhancing sauces and dressings.

Pairings

Egg tagliatelle are at their best with Bolognese ragù, but they're also excellent with simple sauces like butter and sage or fresh tomato and basil. For a richer flavor, they can be paired with porcini mushrooms, truffle, or meat sauces.
For wine pairing, a full-bodied and harmonious red like Sangiovese or Barbera, or a structured white like Chardonnay or Trebbiano, are ideal.

Refrigerate the tagliatelle immediately upon receipt and consume them by the indicated date. Each product will last at least 35 days from arrival if stored in the refrigerator.
You can freeze them before the expiration date and keep them in the freezer for up to 3 months.
