Characteristics
Ricotta and Walnut Tortelli have a regular shape and a thin, golden, and elastic dough, enclosing a creamy, light-colored filling. The texture is soft, enriched by the nuances of the walnuts, which give it character and structure. The overall flavor is harmonious: the delicate ricotta balances with the intensity of the walnuts and the aromatic richness of the 24-month-aged Parmigiano Reggiano DOP.
