The Luna Lab pasta factory was born from the experience of a family of Emilian restaurateurs since 1972. The first restaurant quickly became famous for its authentic cuisine, fresh pasta, and family atmosphere.

Luna Lab's products use only genuine local ingredients, such as free-range eggs, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, and fresh ricotta from the dairy, all without preservatives or flavor enhancers. The recipes are traditional, handed down from generation to generation and carefully crafted by the expert hands of the rezdore (the cooks who guard the fresh pasta).

Characteristics

Spinach Tagliatelle comes in thin, even ribbons with a deep green color, created by the addition of spinach to the dough. The texture is elastic and full-bodied, capable of holding and enhancing any type of sauce. The overall flavor is balanced: the delicate texture of the egg pasta meets the fresh, vegetal note of the spinach, creating a light yet flavorful combination.

Pairings

Spinach tagliatelle are excellent with seasonal vegetable sauces, butter and Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, delicate fish sauces, or the timeless Bolognese ragù. They also pair perfectly with porcini mushrooms or light cream cheese soups.
On the wine front, they are ideal with an aromatic and fresh white like Sauvignon Blanc or Malvasia, or with a light and fruity red like Pinot Noir.

Refrigerate the tagliatelle immediately upon receipt and consume them by the indicated date. Each product will last at least 35 days from arrival if stored in the refrigerator.
You can freeze them before the expiration date and keep them in the freezer for up to 3 months.
