Dandelion honey is a natural nectar of the highest quality, produced from spontaneous dandelion blooms located on the Emilian hills.

Manfredini Apiculture was founded way back in 1922 thanks to Pio Manfredini, a true pioneer in artisanal honey production and processing techniques. The history of the family continues from generation to generation, passing down secrets and passions, increasingly refining totally artisanal processing techniques. Respect for bees and the territory are the fundamental cornerstone of their production. The honey is processed using traditional techniques which fully respect the physical, chemical and organoleptic characteristics of the product. Characteristics

Dandelion honey has a bright and bright ocher colour, all of its own, the aroma is very inviting and pungent and has a unique, subtly herbaceous and vanilla flavour.

Pairings

Try it in combination with cheeses, both mature and soft, such as Parmigiano Reggiano or Casciotta d'Urbino. Also excellent for flavoring and sweetening tea, herbal teas and for spreading on bread for a truly rich and energetic breakfast.
