Certified Organic Raspberry Nectar. Pure raspberry juice and nectar obtained by mechanical pressing only, to extract only the best part of the fruit. Enriched with a minimum of organic cane sugar, to make it even tastier. The raspberries come directly from the Modenese Apennines between the high mountain areas of Sestola and Fanano, where they are grown, harvested and processed on site. A small artisan production for unparalleled excellence. At least 400 grams of fruit are used to obtain 200 ml of nectar.
For the products based on wild blueberry typical of the Modena Apennines and other wild berries we have selected a symbolic reality of our territory, namely the i Rodi farm. A family-run business located in Fanano on the Apennines in the province of Modena. In this place everything happens: the cultivation, harvesting and processing of the fruits of the territory, between green meadows and chestnut woods. As it is obvious that for a reality of this type, all the cultivation of fruits is organic and the production cycle has almost zero impact on the environment. The Blueberry is wild, therefore it is harvested only in the woods and is not cultivated, while blackberries, red currant, black currant, strawberries and raspberries are both harvested and cultivated. Everything is worked in a small artisan workshop on the site which gives rise to a small production of the highest excellence. The Azienda Agricola i Rodi, is one of the very few excellences that boasts the mark of the Modena Chamber of Commerce for products based on wild blueberry of the Modenese Apennines, which assures us of the certified origin, its characteristics and unparalleled peculiarities.
Characteristics
The Organic Modena Raspberry Nectar is characterized by a bright and luminous ruby red color, a strong scent of mountain raspberry and an inimitable, sweet, fresh, and slightly sharp taste (typical of mountain raspberry) that never tires. The flavor of mountain raspberries has nothing to do with those from the plains or from abroad. Seeing is believing! A sweet scent with slightly sour final notes that distinguishes all the products of the Azienda Agricola i Rodi. This nectar goes perfectly with any palate, even those who usually do not like sweet.

A unique, healthy product that is really good for you, because it brings all the excellent nutritional values of fruit in a thirst-quenching drink for young and old. Excellent for a sweet breakfast, for a snack or at the end of a meal. You can drink it with wholemeal cookies or homemade cakes, but it's also perfect on its own for a taste explosion in your mouth.
