Organic Mountain Strawberry Nectar

Certified Organic Strawberry Nectar. Pure strawberry juice and nectar obtained by mechanical pressing only, to extract only the best part of the fruit. Enriched with a minimum of organic cane sugar to make it even tastier. The strawberries come directly from the Modena Apennines between the high mountain territories of Sestola and Fanano, where they are grown, picked and processed on site. A small artisanal production for unparalleled excellence.

A minimum of 400 grams of fruit are used to obtain 200 ml of nectar.

For the products based on wild blueberry typical of the Modena Apennines and other wild berries we have selected a symbolic reality of our territory, namely the i Rodi farm. A family-run business located in Fanano on the Apennines in the province of Modena. In this place everything happens: the cultivation, harvesting and processing of the fruits of the territory, between green meadows and chestnut woods. As it is obvious that for a reality of this type, all the cultivation of fruits is organic and the production cycle has almost zero impact on the environment. The Blueberry is wild, therefore it is harvested only in the woods and is not cultivated, while blackberries, red currant, black currant, strawberries and raspberries are both harvested and cultivated. Everything is worked in a small artisan workshop on the site which gives rise to a small production of the highest excellence. The Azienda Agricola i Rodi, is one of the very few excellences that boasts the mark of the Modena Chamber of Commerce for products based on wild blueberry of the Modenese Apennines, which assures us of the certified origin, its characteristics and unparalleled peculiarities.

Caratteristiche

Organic Modena Strawberry Nectar is characterised by a bright, brilliant ruby red colour, a distinct mountain strawberry aroma and an inimitable, sweet, fresh taste that never gets old. The taste of mountain strawberries has nothing to do with those from the plains or from abroad. Try it to believe! A sweet hint with slightly sour final notes that characterises all products from Azienda Agricola i Rodi. This nectar goes perfectly with any palate, even those that do not usually like sweet.
