The entire production chain of this product, from cultivation to packaging of the finished product, takes place in the provinces of Bologna, Ferrara and Ravenna. The cultivation of premium quality durum wheat takes place entirely in these territories, thanks to the high quality of the land, the particular microclimate and the great experience of the farmers in the area. Even the entire production process, bronze drawing, drying and canning takes place in the area, to guarantee you a very short supply chain that produces an exceptional product at all levels. The product we propose is "Rigatone", excellent for classic Emilian sauces, but not only, also for traditional Roman dishes, such as pasta alla gricia or carbonara.
