Artisan wheat pasta from the region - "Gramigna"

A pasta totally "Made in Emilia-Romagna". The entire production chain of this product, from cultivation to packaging of the finished product, takes place in the provinces of Bologna, Ferrara and Ravenna. The cultivation of premium quality durum wheat takes place entirely in these territories, thanks to the high quality of the land, the particular microclimate and the great experience of the farmers in the area. The entire production process, including bronze drawing, drying and canning, also takes place in the area, to guarantee a very short supply chain that produces an exceptional product at all levels. Fusillo is excellent for classic Emilian sauces, such as Bolognese or tomato sauce with sauté, given that, thanks to its extrusion, it retains all the sauce. 

Cesac is an agricultural cooperative that extends across the provinces of Bologna, Ferrara and Ravenna, made up of more than 1100 members dedicated mainly to the cultivation of cereals. The entire pasta production process takes place in these areas, from cultivation to final canning, guaranteeing a very short supply chain, which gives life to a high-quality product. Thanks to the quality of the soil, which is largely made up of clay, a premium quality durum wheat is grown which allows us to obtain a pasta worthy of true connoisseurs.
