Characteristics
A very particular perfume, intense and persistent, slightly acidulous that teases the nose. A sweet taste, delicate, but unmistakable at the same time in which you can easily distinguish the flavors of the various fresh vegetables used, including white cauliflower, red and yellow pepper, carrots and cucumber. The pieces of the vegetables are distinguishable from each other, for a very pleasant glance.

Pairings
Excellent for boiled meat and roast. To be combined with meats and cheeses in appetizers or appetizers. You can also taste it as a side dish for your most tasty second courses.
