"Giardiniera" in Olive Oil

A production of excellence, which only an artisan production is able to achieve. Composed of selected vegetables, fresh and high quality, rigorously harvested and processed by hand; after a short cooking, in order to keep the vegetables crunchy and intact the nutritional values, they are placed in jars together with selected olive oil.

Characteristics

A very particular perfume, intense and persistent, slightly acidulous that teases the nose. A sweet taste, delicate, but unmistakable at the same time in which you can easily distinguish the flavors of the various fresh vegetables used, including white cauliflower, red and yellow pepper, carrots and cucumber. The pieces of the vegetables are distinguishable from each other, for a very pleasant glance.

Pairings

Excellent for boiled meat and roast. To be combined with meats and cheeses in appetizers or appetizers. You can also taste it as a side dish for your most tasty second courses.

White cauliflower, red and yellow pepper, carrots, cucumber, olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, natural flavors.

May contain traces of unaddressed sulphites.

After opening the jar, refrigerate and consume within 30 days.
