Characteristics
Intense orange colour tending towards red with a dense and well concentrated consistency. The aroma is articulate and strong, while the flavour is intense but never aggressive, suitable for all palates.
Pairings
Excellent for enriching aperitifs and quick starters. Perfect for spreading on bread and crostini to pair with local cured meats and cheeses. It reaches maximum flavour when combined with boiled and roast meats. Try it also as a pasta sauce.
