Organic Radicchio Cream

Excellent cream for many delicious uses. Perfect as an aperitif on hot croutons o  as an accompaniment cream for meat, baked fish, roasts or game. Also worth trying to cook pasta or cream risottos. A cream that will go crazy young and old for its never intrusive red radicchio flavor.

Agrivenenta is a very young Social Cooperative founded in 2019, located in the plains of Bologna, which works to help people in difficulty to provide them with job autonomy, greater interpersonal skills and the opportunity to work outdoors in contact with nature. The cooperative has decided to focus on niche agriculture, producing artisanal creams and preserves, using strictly organic Km0 vegetables. Thanks to this production method, the boys' and girls' talents are spurred on, bringing out all their skills.
