Organic Black Cabbage Cream
Black Cabbage Cream was born from a combination that enhances each other's products. Equal use is made of this extraordinary winter vegetable, kale, rich in minerals, Omega 3 and Omega 6, along with Leek from the Bolognese countryside. Both products are gently chopped, blended together and dipped in a fabulous dressing made from Olio Evo, apple cider vinegar, orange juice and a pinch of curry. The cream is dark green in color, with an aromatic scent typical of kale, while the taste is savory, lingering and spicy.
Excellent cream for many delicious uses. Perfect as an aperitif on hot croutons o as an accompaniment cream for meat, baked fish, roasts or game. Also worth trying to cook pasta or cream risottos. A cream that will go crazy for young and old for its never intrusive black cabbage flavor.
Agrivenenta is a very young Social Cooperative founded in 2019, located in the plains of Bologna, which works to help people in difficulty to provide them with job autonomy, greater interpersonal skills and the opportunity to work outdoors in contact with nature. The cooperative has decided to focus on niche agriculture, producing artisanal creams and preserves, using Km0 vegetables, strictly organic. Thanks to this production method, the boys' and girls' talents are spurred on, bringing out all their skills.
