A superlative quality chestnut cream. Only chestnuts from our Emilian Apennines, where there are the most famous and most renowned chestnut groves in Italy. We add to these delights of the forest, Premium quality Rum, Bourbon Vanilla (famous for being the best vanilla ever for taste and aroma) and a little Italian cinnamon. Everything is skilfully mixed and bound together, thus forming a truly inimitable spreadable cream. There is no such product on the market. The scent is unmistakable, intense, sweet and aromatic with rum notes and all the hints of chestnut. The flavor is complex, where the goodness of the brown stands out, the refinement of the Bourbon vanilla and the slight intensity of the Rum. Seeing is believing!
This delicious Chestnut Cream is created in a small artisan workshop located in Serramazzoni, in the heart of the Modenese Apennines, a short distance from where they are collected. The name of the laboratory is D8; it is a place where there is a continuous search for new local delicacies and attempts are made to combine products in new and different combinations to make them stand out even more with each other.
