Homemade Mountain Chestnut Cream

This delicious Chestnut Cream is created in a small artisan workshop located in Serramazzoni, in the heart of the Modenese Apennines, a short distance from where they are collected. The name of the laboratory is D8; it is a place where there is a continuous search for new local delicacies and attempts are made to combine products in new and different combinations to make them stand out even more with each other.

Excellent for your breakfasts, snacks or after delicious meals. You can spread it on bread, on Romagna piadina, in tigelle or simply on rusks. Also excellent for filling cakes or sweet biscuits. Try it in combination with aged cheeses since, with its sweet and slightly alcoholic flavor, it enhances the aromas even more by dampening the flavor.

Chestnuts (Tuscan-Emilian Apennines), sugar, rum, natural vanilla flavor, Bourbon vanilla seeds.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources.

After opening, keep refrigerated.
