Strawberries with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI

The strawberries are caramelised for a long time with balsamic vinegar thanks to an artisanal method that does not alter the taste characteristics of the two products in the slightest, but rather through this production process they enhance each other even more.

In this way, a creamy consistency is obtained with chunks of strawberry inside.

Characteristics

The product is a thick, structured cream with coarse pieces of strawberry inside. It has a typical brown colour of balsamic vinegar with violet hues, a persistent and sweet aroma, and a refined yet structured flavour. The two products blend perfectly.

The best combination for this sweet condiment is definitely with fresh, mature and blue cheeses, ricotta, yoghurt and ice cream. It is also delicious savoured as a delicacy at the end of a meal. Perfect as a filling for Piadina Romagnola and tigelle. Since it is an original and refined artisan product, it is very often chosen for gourmet gifts.
